名譽副理事長

周兆英

1937年10月生，清華大學教授、博士生導師。精密儀器和微系統技術專家。歷任清華大學微米納米技術研究中心主任、精密儀器系主任、機械工程學院副院長，國家863航天領域專家委員會委員，北京市人民政府科技顧問。從事微米納米技術、測量與控制技術和生物醫療儀器研究，國際傳感器執行器和機械電子兩科技雜志編委，是我國微系統技術的開拓者之一。
